We are a small voluntary organisation operating in parts of North Somerset and Bath & North East Somerset. We support individuals (over 18's) and their families, who have mental health problems or are experiencing mental distress. We offer our services free of charge to people living in the Chew Valley area or Keynsham.

We now have 14 Befrienders and have received over two hundred referrals, indicating the need for our services. We have helped more than 100 people, and are currently working to capacity.
